Serbia switches district heating plants from fossil fuels to biomass
In the framework of the program Promotion of Renewable Energies in Serbia, Germany and Switzerland allocated funds to overhaul 6 heating plant units in Priboj and Mali Zvornik to switch district heating plants from fossil fuels to biomass.

The winners of Hungary`s first technology neutral-tender were announced
The winners of Hungary`s first technology-neutral renewable power auction were announced. MEKH decided about EUR 3 Mio under the renewable power support scheme. The tender is part of the Hungarian government’s METAR-KÁT renewables incentive program, which was launched in 2017 by the Hungarian Government.
