Belarus to built its largets wind farm
Belarus is aiming to increase the share of renewables in its energy mix by building the largest wind farm and getting closer to achieving the 2030 renewables target. GURISH, a Turkey-based construction company, was selected for investing in the construction of a 25 MW wind farm near Veleshkovichi.

Čibuk 1 officiallly started operations
Čibuk 1, Serbia’s largest wind farm started operations on 11 October 2019. The wind farm has a maximum capacity of 158 MW, generates power to supply 113,000 households. The wind farm`s output is financed under the feed-in tariff. The power purchase agreement (PPA) was signed in October 2016.
EBRD in support of green transition

88 MW of solar plants to built in Ukraine
The De Raj Group and STC Energy are to build six solar parks in Ukraine for a total capacity of 88.4 MW. The parks will supply power to the company Energorynok and will be built across the Kiev region. The German company emphasised its intent to implement similar projects in Hungary.
