Support schemes
The Republic of Turkey has been receiving financing support for renewable capacity development and energy efficiency projects from the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Electricity
Electricity from renewable energy sources is supported through a feed-in-tariff in Turkey. All renewable energy generation technologies are eligible for the FiT; the support varies depending on the technology and on the used technology.
