Slovakian green electricity producers receive €465 million in 2016
According to the Regulatory Office for Network Industries (ÚRSO), solar producers received the highest contribution - almost €210 million. Producers involved in co-generation received €93 million followed by biogas producers who obtained contributions of over €64 million. This year, consumers are expected to pay nearly €520 million to green electricity producers.
