Two new wind farms being developed in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Partnership with the Austrian Federal Ministry of Finance

In the course of the programme Clean Energy Infrastructure in Southeast and Eastern Europe, carried out in partnership with the Austrian Federal Ministry of Finance, Bosnia and Herzegovina are developing two new wind farms with a capacity of 48 MW, each.
The International Financing Coroporation IFC is taking care of financial risks by concentrating on market risk assessment, selling options for electricity and price forecasts.
Furthermore, the project is supported by Danish finance partners, the Danish Climate Investment Fund and Danish pension funds, and by Danish partners providing know-how for wind farms development.
