Monitoring of electricity consumption completed for three countries of the Energy Community

Bosnia and Herzegovina, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Montenegro

The first three Contracting Parties of the Energy Community completed their energy consumption surveys, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Montenegro. The technical assistance for the survey was provided by a project financed by the Energy Community. The results are published in IEA’s energy efficiency country practices database as well as on the websites of the participating institutions, the Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BHAS), the State Statistic Office of Macedonia (SSO) and the Statistical Office of Montenegro (MONSTAT).
The surveys focussed on electricity consumption in the services and households secotrs and used EUROSTAT’s Manual for statistics on energy consumption in households as a guide in the surveying processes.
