1207 power stations running on renewable energy in Croatia

At the beginning of August, 1207 power stations running on renewable energy were included in the Croatian system of subsidized power stations. Total capacity amounts to 430,88 MW.

Since the end of January this year, further 137 power stations have been built with a capacity of 18,28 MW. From these 137 power stations, 130 are solar power stations, one is a hydro-electric plant, three plants run on biomass and three on bio-gas.

Most of the power from renewable sources is generated by 16 wind power stations, followed by 1115 solar power stations.

In the coming period, another 138 power plants using renewable sources of energy will be built.
