Windy first half-year brought record renewable energy production in Estonia
While 2014 had poorer wind conditions than normally, the year 2015 has fully compensated for this. In the first six months Eesti Energia's wind farms have produced 124.466 megawatt-hours of electricity, which is, as compared to the first half of 2014, a quarter more.
Estonia has reached the stage where the wind resource is utilized efficiently.
