EBRD and CTF launch a new financing facility for energy efficiency in Turkish homes
the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) together with the Clean Technology Fund (CTF) launched a new US$ 350 million financing facility in order to boost investment in energy efficiency improvements in Turkish homes and help residents reduce their energy bills
