Expansion of hydropower in Romania
The plan of the state-run company Hidro Tarnita is the construction of a 1.000 megawatt hydropower station within seven years.
The plant will consist of 4 units thus providing power of 4 x 250 MW.
Investment is expected to amount up to EUR 1 billion.
