National programme for energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings in Bulgaria
The 2-years programme focusses on housing blocks, built before April 1999, with more than 36 apartments in all municipalities and aims at reducing heating costs. It is expected that due to the programme houses will show an energy efficiency class of at least C.
