Romania raises €383m in Romgaz IPO

Romania has raised about €383m from the sale of a 15% stake in the national gas company Romgaz.

Romgaz is the largest gas producer in Romania (5.7 bcm in 2012, half of the country's production) and the largest gas storage operator in the country.
