The European Commission has approved €3 billion for renewable energy projects in Romania
The aim is to drive the transition to a net-zero economy in line with the Green Deal Industrial Plan. The scheme was adopted on the basis of the plan adopted by the Commission on 9 March 2023 and approved on 20 November 2023 to support actions in sectors that are key to accelerating the green transition and reducing fuel dependency.
