Detail – Energy Country Profile

The Ministry of Energy has signed 21 contracts that will provide investments of almost 646 million euros. The distribution system operators received grants of EUR 418.4 million, which will be invested in security, monitoring and metering systems, transformers, voltage stabilisation and energy efficiency. Investments at the distribution level are particularly important for small power plants, self-supply facilities and the development of local energy cooperatives and communities.
