Fortis Energy plans new renewable energy projects of total capacity of 639 MW in Albania

Fortis Energy announced that it is currently developing wind and solar energy projects with a total capacity of 639 MW in Albania.

Fortis Energy is a Turkish renewable energy producer. 627 MW of the total capacity are solar energy projects, including a 100 MW photovoltaic plant in the southwestern city of Vau i Dejes, a 100 MW PV plant in the central city of Klos and a 130 MW PV plant in the southwestern city of Vlora. The remaining 12 MW account for four wind projects in the municipality of Dibra. Fortis Energy plans to realize solar, wind, biogas and green hydrogen projects with a total capacity of up to 2GW in four countries in the Balkan region.
