GoldenPeaks Capital acquires 283 MW of ready-to-build assets for a solar project in Poland
GoldenPeaks Capital ("GPC") has strengthened its position in the Polish solar energy market by purchasing 283MW of ready-to-build assets in the last quarter of 2023. GoldenPeaks Capital is one of the fastest growing independent green power producers in Europe and one of the largest owners of photovoltaic assets in Poland. The company intends to acquire a further 150 MW of RtB assets by the end of the year, bringing the total number of acquisitions this quarter to approximately 433 MW. This would meet its target to build a further 1 GW of solar plants in Poland by 2024. Most of the solar plants are located in western and north-western Poland and have a size of up to 10 MW.
