EBRD invests €75 million in R.Power, an independent Polish energy producer
R.Power is an independent solar power producer based in Poland with growing market activities in other EU countries. The company covers the entire solar energy value chain, including PV power plant construction, design, procurement, operation, maintenance, and green power generation. The company has significantly expanded its renewable energy business in recent years. The EBRD is co-investing with the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund (3SIIF), a dedicated infrastructure investment fund for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). This is the EBRD's first co-investment alongside the 3SIIF. 3SIIF invests in energy, transport and digital infrastructure in 12 Central and Eastern European EU Member States with high demand for long-term commercial investment in national infrastructure.
