Croatian renewableenergy company Professio Energia has partnered with RP Global

Together they develop a portfolio of eight solar plants with a combined capacity of up to 266 MWp.

Croatian renewable energy company Professio Energia has signed a memorandum of understanding with local company RP Global Projekti. RP Global Projekti is a wholly owned subsidiary of RP Global Austria, a renowned renewable energy developer. The two companies will collaborate on the development of a portfolio of eight solar plants that will have a combined installed capacity of up to 266 MWp.

These solar plants will be developed in the area currently owned by Professio Energia's wind farms. This strategic decision allows efficient use of existing resources and diversification of the renewable energy portfolio.

Professio Energia's shares were listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange in October 2019, but are not yet tradable. This partnership with RP Global Projekti is expected to strengthen Professio Energia's reputation and value in the renewable energy sector.

Renewable energy is gaining importance worldwide as countries increasingly rely on sustainable and environmentally friendly energy sources. Solar energy has emerged as one of the most promising renewable energy alternatives due to its abundance and ability to generate scalable energy.

The collaboration between Professio Energia and RP Global Projekti in the development of solar plants demonstrates their commitment to meeting the growing demand for clean energy in Croatia. The planned installed capacity of up to 266 MWp will make a significant contribution to Croatia's renewable energy goals.
