5 new wind turbines in Estonia
An installation of five wind turbines is planned in Estonia.
Deliveries for the Purtse wind project are scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2023, while commissioning is planned for the first half of 2023. The five turbines will have a 4.2 MW capacity each and will be installed at a hub height of 82 m.
The project stems from Enefit Green, who gave the order to Vestas. Vestas will also service the turbines under a 30-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service contract.
Enefit Green acquired the Purtse wind farm development project from Raunistal in March 2021 and made the final investment decision to start construction in January 2022.
