Dispute about retroactively reduced feed-in tariff goes into another round
Following the government's decision in August to retroactively cut FIT payments, local lawsuits are said to have already cost Ukraine's clean power purchase facility more than €24 million. Lithuanian clean power developer Modus Energy is preparing to file its own lawsuit, citing Ukraine's international treaty obligations.
