Ukraine progresses with reducing environmental impacts of industrial installations
As set out by the EU Directive 2010/75, the draft secondary legislation will regulate emissions of plants disposing of waste or using waste as a fuel by setting emission limit values and continuous monitoring measures. The aim of transposing the environmental EU-legislation into Ukrainian legislation is to reduce the environmental impact of energy utilisation and to safeguard the health and well-being of citizens.
