Energy Efficient Home program in Montenegro

The new program aims to reduce the heating costs of the households and create a more comfortable indoor environment as well as developing a biomass heating system market in the country.

As a continuation of the Energy Wood program, the Ministry of Economy invited suppliers, fitters and contractors, who have expertise on the field of household energy

The program aims to establish a sustainable mechanism of interest-free financing, so that households are able to switch to biomass heating systems and install external thermal insulation. The approved loans (up to 8000 EUR) will be approved to individual borrowers with the repayment period of six years.
