Macedonian Government releases tender for universal household electricity supplier

Code: 202404261506584728c972The tender, which is open for all 28 registered suppliers, has a 3 December deadline and the Government expects to complete the procedure until the end of the year with supply to launch on March 1st 2019. The state owned Macedonian Power Plants Company (ELEM) is set to give 80 percent of its production to the universal supplier and the amount will reduce by 10% every year, reaching 30% by 2025.
