Banja Luka (BiH) is preparing its Green City Action Plan

The Green City Action Plan (GCAP) of the city of Banja Luka is being prepared, which is the first one in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).

It is planned to be completed in 12 months and cover areas such as traffic, energy efficiency, sustainable development, water supply, the sewerage network, waste disposal and waste processing. The GCAP is financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The development plan of the city for 2018-2027 is currently being drafted in the framework of the smart city concept.
