CEI Know-how Exchange Programme (KEP) – Call for proposals 2011

The Central European Initiative Know-how Exchange Programme (KEP) was launched in 2004 as a CEI cooperation instrument which aims to provide capacity building and technical assistance from the EU to the non-EU countries within the CEI region. The objective of the Programme is to promote the transfer of best practices from the countries that have already gone through the EU accession to the non-EU CEI member states.

For this call the following priority areas have been identified:
I.   European Integration, Capacity Building and Market Economy
II.  Infrastructure Planning and Development
III. Agriculture, Energy, and Environment

Applications must be submitted by an institution from an EU country which acts as know-how donor in the given project. The applicant needs to have the qualifications and experience to successfully carry out and complete the project and is responsible for the project implementation and the management of the grant.

Deadline for submission of applications is 11 March 2011.
Further information and an updated version of the application form can be downloaded from the following address: www.ceinet.org/KEP/Call2011.
