Project plans to install 3 energy efficient buildings in three different cities

The energy efficient building in Minsk is one of three buildings that will be established in the course of a project that is jointly supported with a sum of $4.5 million by the EU and the UNDP.
It is intended to bring energy consumption down from 200kWh per m² in some houses to about 30 kWh per m² by using modern Belarusian construction material and modern technologies. Residents will pay only for the construction work, the new technologies will be provided for free.
